Welcome to Alpha8, an online gaming platform exclusively for adult users in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User" or "Member") and Alpha8 ("Company", "we", "us") regarding your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by Alpha8.

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. alpha8 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage registration.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to have one active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts along with their balances.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. False or misleading information is grounds for account cancellation.
• Restricted nationals: You do not reside in or hold citizenship of any jurisdiction where Alpha8's services are prohibited by local law.

Upon successful registration, you will be assigned a personal alpha8 account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account, including all bets, financial transactions, and communications made through it.

Password security: You must ensure your Alpha8 account password is strong, unique, and not shared with anyone. Alpha8 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, please report it to our support team immediately.

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact Alpha8 support immediately for a temporary account freeze.

• You are responsible for ensuring that the device used to log in is secure.
• Do not log in using unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Always log out of your account after using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Alpha8 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Alpha8 supports a variety of secure and convenient deposit methods for members across Malaysia. All deposits are processed through secure financial channels with full encryption.

Accepted deposit methods:

• Local bank transfer: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and other major Malaysian banks.
• DuitNow: Instant transfer via DuitNow for fast deposits within minutes.
• E-wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other supported digital wallets.
• Online banking: All internet banking platforms from major Malaysian banks.

Deposit requirements:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account registered in your own name — alpha8 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Alpha8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support and include your proof of transfer.

Alpha8 is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. We understand that access to your winnings is a priority, and we strive to make the withdrawal process as smooth as possible.

Withdrawal processing time:

• DuitNow: 1 to 5 minutes (business days)
• Local bank transfer: 5 to 30 minutes (business days)
• E-wallet: Up to 30 minutes
• Special verification cases: Up to 24 hours if additional review is required

Withdrawal terms and policy:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the alpha8 account.
• Members must have completed the full identity verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Any active bonus still subject to rollover requirements will affect your withdrawal eligibility until those requirements are met.
• Alpha8 reserves the right to place withdrawal processing on hold for security review purposes. In such cases, our team will contact you within 24 hours.
• There is no limit on the number of daily withdrawals; however, minimum and maximum amount limits apply depending on your membership tier.

Alpha8 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions specified for each individual promotion.

General bonus principles:

• Rollover requirements: Every bonus granted carries a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Rollover conditions are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.
• One bonus at a time: By default, only one active promotional bonus is permitted at any one time, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Non-transferable: Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.

Alpha8 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes will not affect bonuses already redeemed and currently undergoing a valid rollover.

All games offered on the alpha8 platform are operated by licensed software providers that have been tested and certified. The outcome of every game is determined by an independent and fair Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any wagers.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, alpha8 will resolve the issue based on valid system records. Results recorded in the system prior to the disruption are considered final.
• Alpha8 is not liable for any losses arising from internet connection failures, device issues, or system faults on the user's end.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated software (bots), or employ other unauthorised methods to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

As an alpha8 member, you agree to use this platform responsibly and to comply with all established rules. The following prohibitions apply to all members without exception:

• Using the Alpha8 platform for any money laundering or illegal financing activities is strictly prohibited.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated software or methods to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Spreading false or misleading information about Alpha8 to the public is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to access another user's data or account without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
• Using abusive language, threats, or harassing behaviour toward support staff or other users is strictly prohibited.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in disciplinary action, including an official warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or legal action, depending on the severity of the violation.

Alpha8 takes member privacy very seriously. All personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the requirements of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Alpha8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system
• Holding multiple accounts
• Providing false information during registration or KYC
• Request from legal authorities

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting Alpha8 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending transactions will be processed in accordance with the applicable policies.

Alpha8 provides this platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors or outages.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, alpha8 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or speculative losses
• Losses arising from service disruptions beyond Alpha8's control (force majeure)
• Losses arising from a user's failure to follow recommended security measures
• Content or actions of third parties associated with the Alpha8 platform

Alpha8's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Alpha8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in emergencies requiring immediate action.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the alpha8 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
